My background in litigation, compliance, and information governance means it surfaces early. Where the Standard Comes From
As a former ocean lifeguard on one of the busiest beaches in the world and a California delegate to New Zealand, working across cultures and representing lifeguards across the state, I understand what it takes to operate under pressure. Awarded the U.S. Congressional Award of Valor by the United States Congress for exceptional courage and decisive action under extreme pressure. Lifeguarding runs on process. You train for every possibility so the response is automatic when it counts. I build operations the same way. A process has to hold at the most critical moment, so I build mine to operate under that pressure.
